Man "Fakes" A Fall To Get Compensation But Forgets About Security Camera!

Alexander Goldinsky, an independent contractor from New Jersey, is facing charges of insurance fraud and theft by deception after getting caught on video faking a fall at a business where he was doing some work. In an “ultimate fail” on his part, he didn’t notice that a security camera was recording everything that was going on in the cafeteria where he was getting a drink.

The security footage shows Goldinsky getting some ice in a cup, then doing a horrible version of pretending to slip on the ice, falling down, and waiting for someone to find him. Goldinsky then filed a fake insurance claim for an ambulance ride and treatment for the fall at a local hospital. Of course, with the security footage, his “fake fall” didn’t get too far.

The prosecutor’s office in Middlesex County in New Jersey will charge him with insurance fraud. Unfortunately for Goldinsky, his fall won’t win him any awards for authenticity either!
