Once again Justin Bieber was being chased by a paparazzi while driving his Ferrari. So, Justin stopped dead in the middle of traffic to get this guy to stop! It didn't work...the guy stopped as well and just sat there in the lane next to him. This caused the guy in the car on the other side of Justin to stop and film everything! All the cars behind them started beeping!
