Meet Carter, Carter suffers from, “Spina bifida is a birth defect in which the backbone and spinal canal do not close before birth, according to the U.S. National Library of Medicine. Spina bifida can cause partial or complete paralysis of the legs.”
This Father didn’t let anything get in the way of his son having a great Halloween. Carter’s Dad created an Ice Cream truck Halloween costume around the chair!
