28-year-old Meg Gill is a pretty Badass Chick: she is the cofounder of Golden Road Brewing, a craft brewery in Los Angeles. Meg was the captain of her Yale swim team, and after graduation she interned at a Colorado brewery. She noticed how passionate people in the industry were, so she decided she wanted to be a part of that. She studied the science and history of brewing and opened her own brewery last year. Fitting quite nicely in this Boys' Club, she's already caught the attention of GQ, Los Angeles and Glamour Magazines, as well as Brooke Shields and the cast of the Big Bang Theory. Her attitude about working is pretty badass, too: "Absorb as much as you can about an industry. And hands-on is best. Sink or swim, just F-ing do it."
