Just hours after a judge sentenced Lindsay Lohan to 5 days in jail and 90 days of lockdown in a rehabilitation center, Lindsay was allegedly spotted partying at a Hollywood nightclub.

TMZ is reporting that the actress headed to AV Nightclub after turning herself in, as a formality, to the Santa Monica Police Department earlier in the day where they took her new mug shot.

Of course, the actress is denying that she out at the club. Lindsay took to Twitter:

We hope Lindsay is serious about her recovery! She doomed if she doesn't get cleaned up!
