PSY might be one of the biggest and busiest artists on the planet right now, with over 880 million views on YouTube for “Gangnam Style“. But PSY will still make time for a special fan. On Monday the Korean MC took a 17-hour flight from Singapore to Los Angeles and headed straight from the airport to a scheduled performance.

But rather than hit his dressing room to refresh and regroup, PSY heard about a sick fan from the local children’s hospital who wanted to meet him. He went straight to the child’s side and spent several minutes taking pictures and answering all of his questions. And of course when it came time to perform PSY didn’t miss a beat and got the entire crowd going Gangnam Style at KissFM’s Jingle Ball.
