This Sunday the season premiere of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami hits E! and Ryan Seacrest actually caught up with the 2 Ks over dinner recently.

Ryan gave us the inside scoop...he told us that Kim is very excited about being pregnant and he has a feeling that time is going by very quicky for her.

Kim’s pregnancy has been dominating headlines, which has made people wonder when Khloe will join her sisters as a mom. But Kim told E! News Khloe recently texted her she’s glad Kim is pregnant and not her…as she’s actually not sure she’s ready.

Kim went on to say reports that Khloe’s devastated that she and Lamar haven’t been able to conceive just aren’t true. In the meantime make sure you get your K sister fix this Sunday on E!
