Miguel stopped by “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” to perform a snippet of “Adorn” and revealed to us although the song makes us want to dim the lights, he’s not the candlelight kind of guy.
Still glowing in post-GRAMMY performance rave, Miguel shared Kelly Clarkson‘s shout out to him after his “Adorn” performance was “ill” since the “crazy thing was…she was accepting her GRAMMY.” Adding, when he met her back stage he offered her: “Whenever you’re ready, let me know!”
We couldn’t help but point out when we hear “Adorn” a certain atmosphere comes to mind. So did Miguel channel his own romantic self for the hit song? Not so much.
In fact, Miguel shares: ”Every genre of music revovles around love even heavy metal so I kind of–[Well] I’m not the candlelight dude you know?”
Adding: “What I mean is, I’m not the smoothest kind of guy. My lifestyle is not I’m such a smooth–I’m a muscian, I’m an artist I make music…I don’t pop bottles that’s not my thing. I want to highlight the album covers a range of my lifestyle.”
