Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz really out-crazied themselves this time. They had said they wanted to name their kid something that could either be a senator or a rock star's name, and they settled on... Bronx Mowgli Wentz. Uh... that sounds more like an awkward language translation or the name of an African tribe. Or perhaps just like the name of a child who's going to really hate his parents in a few years.
I know! Maybe it can form a band with Brooklyn Beckham and Queen(s) Latifah and start a band called Boroughs. There's got to be someone named Manhattan in the world. And if I do end up changing my name to Staten Island Baloo, then I am so in.
For the sake of their future children (Dumbo? Pumbaa? Dopey?), let's hope not.
That's all, kiddies... TTYN.

I'm feeling a bit smug today, since two days ago I correctly predicted that Hugh Jackman would be People's Sexiest Man Alive, and yesterday on the radio I correctly predicted that McKey would be named America's Next Top Model. But since I want to go out on top, plus I can't think of anything else to predict, I think I'm going to retire for now.
In other news, the American Music Awards are this Sunday night, and according to this report, Miss Christina Aguilera is set to open the show with a 7-minute(!) medley of her greatest hits, including "Genie in a Bottle," "Fighter," "Beautiful," "Keeps Gettin' Better" and "Dirrty." Can't wait that long to hear her greatest hits? Click here and get them all on demand. Or if you've forgotten how good she is live, check out this performance from the Grammys a couple years ago:

Well well well... in case you ever doubted that I was a supergenius, just scroll down to yesterday's entry and see who my first guess was for who would be People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive.
Now, witness:
I'm very proud of myself for that one.
Speaking of my psychic prediction genius powers, many moons ago I posted the audio of Leona Lewis singing a cover of Snow Patrol's "Run," predicting that she would become a star in the US. She sang it again on "The X Factor" earlier this week backed by a gospel choir, so I'm posting that performance too because, well... who can resist a gospel choir?!
